Video and Image Usage Rentals
You can use Mermaid footage for many special events. It's especially beneficial for underwater themed events. Play on televisions or projection screens to give your event or special occasion an underwater feel.
Photographs are available to lease for your company's commercials, online media, and/or advertisements. Find an image or video clip you like and we can rent it to you so that you can capture your consumers with a unique concept. Mermaid Fitness ~We Call it "Fin To
Fitness"
Kariel came up with a new and exciting way to work out and have fun. Every hear of Mermaid Fitness? Well Kariel started this in 2009 and it seems to have really taken off! From experience, Kariel started noticing her physique change rapidly by performing as a mermaid. Her overall body tone was excellent, and the doctor's tests proved that she had the health of a professional athlete. Why? Because swimming like a mermaid burns approximately 700 calories per hour and tones the entire body! The Ihilani JW Marriott teamed up with Kariel to offer their exotic and beautiful location in Ko Olina's resort to hold a one of a kind class!
The class is one hour long and is held out side in the private setting of a hidden Hawaiian Spa. The first half hour takes place on the pool deck where you learn the technique. The second half hour is spent practicing in a lap pool with a depth of 4 feet. Ages 16 and up can attend. Everyone from their 20's to their 70's have learned from this class. Everyone gets in the pool with one on one attention. At the end of class you receive a certificate of completion and you get a graduate picture wearing one of Kariel iconic hand made mermaid tails ( if you wish) ! You also can take home your own Finis brand mono fin, T-shirt or mermaid souvenir.
Kariel gave birth to her first baby August of 2011 and within 7 weeks was back in athletic physique by performing as a mermaid. In fact, water fitness is so excellent for the body that Kariel taught, swam, and performed with her Mermaid team up until the moment her water broke. She gives her seal of approval that this is fins up the most fun and best way to keep the body healthy!
Not only is learning how to swim like a mermaid fun, but you also get to wear your own monofin! And you can continue to practice on your own after having only attended one session!

Book Tour or Book Signing Event
Kariel started The Brave Mermaid in 2009 and released it January, 2014. She is currently on a book signing tour and is able to come to your school or nonprofit to help raise self esteem awareness, add a little excitement to your event, and possibly help raise funds for your cause.
